Best Juicer Blender Combo Options

Vitamix A3500 Smart Ascent Series Blender

First, it’s important to understand that the machines listed below are not juicers. They are blenders with the capability of creating nut milk and as much juice possible from a smoothie blend consistency.

The good news is, these will work if you’re on a tight budget or want to minimize the number of kitchen appliances that don’t take up much counter space. Perfect if you have a small kitchen.

If you’re looking for a professional high-speed, high-quality juice, and smoothie maker, Vitamix is among the best blenders on the market. The Ascent A3500 series is one of the pricier models but is the best choice for ease of use and versatility. Its built-in wireless connectivity motor base has the ability to read the self-detect container size selected and adjust program settings accordingly.

Vitamix has been a long-time favorite of mine. I bought my first machine in college almost 10 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. It is hands down, the absolute best investment in your health. The Vitamix makes amazingly delicious smoothies, plant-based ice cream, nut butters, nut milks, and juices.

However, because of its higher price point, it’s only a great choice if you plan on using it to its full capability. It’s also a good juicer blender if you want an all-in-one machine and don’t see yourself making fresh fruit juices every day.

This is as close as you’ll get to a cold press juicer. In fact, it’s the next best thing!

Vitamix also offers a mobile app where you will not only find a wide range of recipes to create, you can pair it to your smart blender for measuring ingredients directly into the blender container.

How Do You Juice in a Blender?

To make fresh juices with a blender, simply choose your vegetables of choice like beets, carrots, kale, cucumber, and celery. Next, wash and chop them into small pieces that can easily blend. Then add them to the blender along with some water or ice to help with the blending process.

If you want sweeter juice, add an apple or two to sweeten the pot. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy. Once you’re done blending, you’ll need a fine mesh nut milk bag to strain the juice. That’s it. It’s a bit on the messy side but it does the job.

Be sure to serve your freshly made juice immediately, or refrigerate it in air-tight mason jars for up to 3 days. Keep in mind, that blender juices are going to have a bit of a thicker consistency than the results you’d get from slow juicers or centrifugal juicers. Nonetheless, they are still packed with nutrients.
