Taste is everything when it comes to making a healthy smoothie.
I’ve been raw vegan for 11 years now and even though I’ve reconditioned my palate to delicious tasting raw vegan plant-based food, there are still some recipes I need to add flavor to.
Specifically, smoothies. They are a part of my everyday breakfast and post-workout routine. Plus, they are my absolute favorite!
They’re easy, amazingly nourishing, and best of all, time-saving. Especially when you’re in a pinch for time.
That is when a good, delicious, post-workout, clean protein smoothie comes in handy!
