Walmart just keeps getting better and better! I’m impressed with their new Free Assembly clothing line exclusive to Walmart only. There are many cute options to choose from and with Spring around the corner, some of these pieces would fit right in perfectly!
What I love most about this clothing line is that it’s designed with sustainable practices in mind. They use mostly organic cotton to avoid chemicals, wash their clothes using techniques that reduce water usage and aim to protect the environment. The brand is designed to easily mix, layer and assemble freely with simple, fashionable pieces that go with just about anything for both women and men. And I have to say, I am really impressed with the menswear because they look super cute! Pricing is reasonable and clothing is designed with quality fabrics made to last.
In my twenties, I became weary about the quality of clothing I would buy because when I was in my teens my wardrobe consisted of cheap fashion styles from cheap boutique stores in the mall that sold very low quality clothing. After a couple of washes, my clothes would be falling apart so back again I went to buy more clothes. Little did I pay attention to the fact that quality is everything and if you’re willing to up the ante on pricing, you’ll end up with clothes that last much longer and save you much more money in the long run.
Well, I got tired of wasting money on crap clothes so I started investing more in my wardrobe and found myself spending less because my clothes were lasting that much longer. The moral of this story is, you get what you pay for in just about EVERYTHING. That has been one of my greatest lessons in life and it couldn’t be more truer than true!
I would never have thought of Walmart as selling good quality clothing so it makes me really happy to see a brand like Free Assembly making its way in. Plus, you can’t beat the sustainability and environmental factor that comes with it. Goooo Walmart!!
I’ve curated some of my top picks which include some warmer clothes because winter is still in full swing here in NC. Sheesh. I’m ready to break out the Springwear and put the winter clothes away!
I’m really liking the ribbed mock neck midi dress, the turtleneck sweater dress (this one is more on the lighter side) and the long sleeve swing dress. I would wear this one with the bow untied and open at top. It would go great with these cute sandals, clutch purse and earrings to accessorize. And lets not forget the soft and comfy sweatshirt and sweatpants! I’ve been obsessing with joggers and sweatshirts these days! Lol.
Looks like some of these are going fast since rolling out this week so if you like something, don’t think too long. 😉
Which one of these do you like best? Let me know in the comments!
