Raw Vegan Holiday Eggnog Recipe

It’s that time of year again where I have fun making holiday recipes that everyone can enjoy and the best part is, they are cruelty-free. Today, I’m sharing with you my most requested raw vegan ‘eggnog’ recipe so you can give it a whirl over the holidays!

Here you go my friends… enjoy. This one is super yummy!😋

My Raw Vegan Eggnog Recipe 

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup raw pecans

3-4 cups 100% coconut (or distilled water) 

6 Medjool dates (pitted)

1 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp nutmeg 

1 vanilla bean (or 2 tsp pure vanilla extract) .

INSTRUCTIONS:

– Blend all ingredients in your Vitamix or high speed blender until creamy. Start with 3 cups of water and work your way from there. 

– If it’s too thick, add more water. If too thin, add more pecans. If you end up adding in more pecans, you may want to add more dates to sweeten it up.
