“Believe in yourself. You are braver than you think, more talented than you know, and capable of more than you imagine.” ― Roy T. Bennett
When life throws chaos, challenges, and all kinds of obstacles in your path, accept them all with grace and keep moving forward for it is life truly happening for you, rather than happening to you.
As I look back now, I realize that every single experience I endured, good or bad, has served a purpose. It’s shaped me, molded me, taught me, and prepared me for the person I have become and the person I have yet to become as my journey toward growth continues to evolve.[bctt tweet=”Life isn’t about staying in one place or reaching a destination. You see, who we are is not who everyone else thinks we should be, what we’ve allowed people to mold us into, or what our life story has been. Who we are goes way beyond that and is dependent on what we decide or choose to be; not what everyone else says we are.
There is so much more to you than you allow yourself to be but before you can move forward in creating the life you deserve and are so very worthy of, you must first break free from all that has been holding you back. Most importantly, break the mold you’ve allowed yourself to fit into.
In order to break the mold, you must continuously…
- work on yourself day in and day out
- free yourself from the limitations you’ve placed upon yourself
- break through the fears that are holding you back
- dream BIG without hesitation
- aim for the moon
- and never stop believing in yourself.
Never in a million years would I have ever thought of leaving my job to pursue my dreams. As crazy as it may sound, it’s exactly what I did about a week ago and I have no intention of looking back, only forward.
All my life I’ve dreamt of making a difference in people’s lives and being able to do so while living my dreams doing what I love and loving what I do. I’ve tried all sorts of things, none of which ever panned out. With good reason… I wasn’t ready. Not something I was aware of but something I had to discover over time. When I did, everything began to fall into place.[bctt tweet=”When you get clear on all you desire in your life for yourself & others, you find that everything begins to happen for you, rather than against you. ” username=”RawandAlive”]
One thing I’ve learned is that things don’t work out on our time, they work out in their own perfect timing. Everything comes together as it’s supposed to. It’s not something planned nor does it always feel like the “right” time. If left up to us, we’d always be waiting for the “right” time only to find that the “right” time will never come.
I have worked on project after project full-time while also still working my full-time job for the past 2-1/2 years. I have endured failure after failure; but regardless of all my shortcomings, I know with all my being that in keeping on, I am sure to reach success.
It’s in having unwavering faith, the utmost belief in yourself and your abilities, in taking risks and chances, trusting and having the knowing that all will come together perfectly. No need to worry about how it will happen, just know that it will. All you have to do is not lose sight of your goals, stay focused, and take consistent, massive action without stopping.
When you do this, you begin to build momentum, you become unstoppable, and before you know it, there is no way you will ever allow yourself to look back again.
We all have gifts we have been put on this earth to explore. Gifts that are unique to each and every one of us. What you have, no one else has and vice versa. Live your life learning, exploring, growing, and becoming all that you have been put on this earth to become.
Have fear but don’t let it stop you… Take chances, accept failure for it’s in failing that you grow. Allow yourself to fall, get right back up and keep moving because at some point, you will succeed and all that you desire will be right there at your fingertips.
“If you don’t give up on something you truly believe in, you will find a way.”
― Roy T. Bennett
