Manifestation Series: Week 2 in Bali

Your dreams can only be limited by your mind.

Rahajeng Semeng! That’s good morning in Balinese by the way. I’m learning to communicate with the locals here in Bali and it’s just so much fun. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Makes you feel at home. I love it!

I’ve only been here a week and I have been having the best time of my life! I love being in nature and here, you are surrounded by some of the most beautiful sights on earth. Not only do the folks here in Bali do and make everything with love, they do it naturally and with intention which makes it even more magical.

There’s a saying in Bali that goes like this, “We have no art. We do everything as beautifully as possible.”  So true. But, you’ll have to visit to see for yourself and this is one trip, I HIGHLY recommend. In case you missed it, I share all my trip details in last week’s post.

I promised myself that I would experience as much as I can while I’m here so a part of that is not only to explore as much of what Bali has to offer as possible, but to also explore different lodging options. I am here to make the best of every moment, including where I sleep and wake up! 🙂

This week I chose to stay at an Airbnb I found that overlooks the rice fields. It’s a cozy 2 bedroom villa with panoramic breathtaking views. I’m funny about where I stay, especially now with covid so I made sure to ask important questions about their enhanced cleaning practices and procedures. Everything was good to go and so was I!

I have this amazing place to myself and I absolutely love it! I’m only a 15 minute walk to the center of Ubud or a 5 minute scooter drive which is perfect. Close enough to get where I need to go and far enough to escape and sink into paradise.

My morning

This morning I woke up to a beautiful sunrise overlooking the luscious landscaping and rice fields. I was in awe and in such a peaceful state. It feels so good to wake up to nature without having to open windows or doors. It’s open access to nature and all right there in front of you to take in. All you have to do is open your eyes.

Something to keep in mind is, if you want air conditioning, you’ll have to confirm that where you stay has A/C because not all stays do.

Before starting my day, I took advantage of this beautiful welcoming sunrise to do a 20-minute meditation by the pool. I grabbed my zafu and zabuton meditation cushion and let the fresh morning air and sound of nature take me away.

After my meditation, I grabbed my yoga mat and did a sun salutation on the pool deck by the buddha statue. It felt amazing. It peaked my senses and brought clarity to my mind. Connecting with the elements of the earth is so powerful. I highly encourage you to try it. It does wonders for your mind and body.

It doesn’t take much for inspiration to flow through me. I am already an inspired being but being here just magnifies that superpower and fuels my creative juices. It’s the inspiration I need to start writing my first book. Something I’ve been wanting to do for years.

My breakfast

I had the most amazing fruit breakfast served to me this morning. One thing I don’t have to worry about doing while I’m here is prepping my food. Each morning is a treat. I ask for what I want and it’s brought to me. No prepping work involved at all. That is the life! My breakfast consisted of a serving tray with fresh, ripe, juicy mango, bright red passion fruit, banana, durian, mangosteen, rambutan and a super delicious coconut, soursop and dragon fruit smoothie. YUMMM!!!

The one thing I dreamed of before embarking on my travels is the experience of trying the various exotic fruits naturally grown from the earth. I’m experiencing just that right now and as we speak I am sipping on another coconut soursop smoothie which I cannot get enough of. Soooo good!

My plan for the day

Getting ready to pack up my bag and head over to Outpost which is a co-working hub for entrepreneurs. It looks really cool and I’m excited to meet and learn from other entrepreneurs on a similar journey. I’ll be checking out Hubud tomorrow – One of the top 10 coworking spaces in the world.

I’ll also be checking out Dojo Canggu and Tropical Nomad while I’m here. I’ve read that these are some really cool hot spots for digital nomads and entrepreneurs. There are many others but I’m starting out with these. I’m also looking for someone to help me with capturing footage. There’s only so much one can do alone but I’m sure I won’t have a problem connecting. Some may say I’m quite the talker but that’s OK, because I am. It’s my nature and why becoming a motivational speaker is embedded in my journey. I didn’t get this far staying quiet. That’s for sure.

Bali is not only a wellness mecca but a major hub for entrepreneurs. It feels great to be in my element.. I was born for this.

I’ve got a sunset hike planned for this evening to Mount Batur which is known as the most popular active volcano in the world. A bit nervous but excited to explore and experience it!

There is so much to do here in Bali and I have to say that it feels great being able to do what I love without worrying about reporting to anyone but ME. I work, I play and I have fun. My work doesn’t feel like work because I love what I do and growing every day makes it all worthwhile. Being able to make every dream come true – fun and business related – is priceless.

I’m living proof that dreams do come true and no matter how long it takes to get there, you WILL get there. Guaranteed. The key is not giving up and staying focused on the vision you have for your life. What do you want your life to look like? What do you dream of doing? What are your passions? My advice… Explore them all and any idea that comes to mind.

Taking the first step is your starting point. From wherever you are. What happens next depends on your faith, your ‘knowing’ that it’s possible and how confident you are in your abilities. Don’t worry about what comes next, just keep exploring and trust that the next step will be revealed to you, because it will.

Are you ready to manifest your dream life? Believe it’s possible, know that you can, visualize it into existence, “feel” it come alive and you will do it.

Type I’M READY in the comments below if you’re ready to stop living in the rat race and start living your dreams. Your dream life is your God given right. Engrave that in your mind. #MindsetIsEverything
