How To Keep Healthy During the Coronavirus Outbreak | Mind & Body

The Coronavirus pandemic is taking over! OR is it? Here’s what you can do to gain the upper hand and knock it, before it knocks YOU!

I have never seen anything like this in my life… Have you? Comment below and let me know!

With the world going into chaos mode and our minds going all kinds of crazy, I want to talk about 3 things you can start doing right now to help you create wellness and peace in your environment.

starting out with…

#1. Stop watching the news. If you want to know what’s going on, go straight to the source. The news will continue to blow things up to attract and keep your attention. Forget anything positive or good that’s taking place, they’ll only feed you all the negative crap that’s happening.

Why? Because that is what people are attracted to. And, what it does is, fuel your fear and elevate your stress levels which in turn will wreak havoc on your mind, body and your overall health by bringing your defenses down and making you susceptible to illness.

Stress is the underlying cause of pretty much all illness my friend, which is why it’s important to keep stress under control.

Here are some examples of the good outcomes that are taking place around the world which the news is not bothering to share. This is to give you an idea of how focused they are on only bringing you the toxic news versus the good.

I highly suggest that If you want to get updates and know what’s going on in your community – go straight to the source… the CDC, the grocery stores, the hospitals, the medical facilities, etc… and do yourself a favor and stop watching the news. That is the best thing you can do for yourself right now.

#2. Make raw food your best friend. If you want to boost your immunity, it’s extremely important to fuel your body with raw living whole foods. Raw food is life and alkaline for the body. It’s the fuel your body needs in order for it to thrive and the best line of defense in protecting you against illness and disease.

I can’t stress this enough… If you want to be well, you have to do whatever it takes to make it happen. This means, not only keeping stress levels under control but also maximizing on nutrients, vitamins and minerals by stepping up your fruit and veggie game. Because THAT… is where it’s all at.

You can eat them whole, in a salad, in smoothies, in juices or mono-meals which are amazing for the body and digestive health. I mention mono-meals in my, WHAT I ATE TODAY video so if you haven’t seen it, be sure to check it out over on my YouTube channel.

#3. Shift your focus.  What you focus on expands so if you focus on the negative and all the bad going on around you, then… THAT is what will expand. If you shift your focus to all the good and positive things around you, that is what you will get more of.

A great way to shift into a more positive outlook is to think about and write down all that you are grateful for – because there is always something to be grateful for.

Shifting your energy toward gratitude will boost your “feel-good” state and reduce your fears. THAT is what you want… Every outcome is derived from your state of being. BE what you want to feel like and you will begin to feel that way.  It’s all about the feeling.

Focusing on the good versus the bad will generate the ‘good feels’ you need to push through any circumstance and create the outcome you want.

Energy is everything… It’s the frequency in which we function. Are you functioning at a high frequency or at a low frequency? If you are at a low, then you need to work on raising your vibrational frequency. Now is the time to crank it up because your health and your life, depends on it.

And not just for now, but for always. So, make it a daily practice. It’s up to you to begin creating the habit of becoming more conscious of what you think and speak about because if you don’t, the world around you will.

Sending you love and light for a safe and healthy journey ahead.
