Essential Oils for Everyone Including Kids

I’ve curated some of my favorite essential oil goodies to give you ideas not only for yourself but for the kiddos too! Sometimes just breathing in a breath of clean, fresh naturally scented air goes a long way and helps to relieve stress while putting us in a more relaxed state. 

Essential oils are for anyone who wants to feel more relaxed and at ease – mind and body. And if you have kids, teaching them early on how to cultivate wellness is a perfect way to set them up for success in their future. 

A great way to unwind at night before going to bed is by turning on your diffuser and diffusing lavender essential oil to help relax the mind and body. Lavender oil is super calming and soothing and sets you up for a restful and good night’s sleep. Personally, I like to keep my diffuser by my bedside and diffuse the oil when I go to bed. I just love breathing in the lavender essence as I’m falling asleep – It sends my mind off to dreamland! ☺️

And if you want to feel even more relaxed, massage the Tohi Night’s Rest Hand and Body Cream on your hands, neck and shoulders to calm the senses and keep the scent lingering throughout the night. So, so soothing!

If you’re not already in love with essential oils and its effects on the mind and body, taking them with you wherever you go, specifically to work for when you’re in need of a stress and tension rescue, will get you hooked! Lol  The handheld personal diffuser is a perfect tool to keep on hand and comes in handy when you need it. It’s nothing big or bulky and fits perfectly in your purse or bag. You can either use it with Peppermint Oil for re-energizing when you’re starting to feel the slow-down or the Lavender Oil to ease tension build-up.

If you want to keep it simple and just need a quick energy boost, use the Peppermint Roll-On to alleviate mental fatigue and increase awareness. 

My ultimate fave though are the Chakra blends. Especially now that I’m learning more about the body’s chakras and how relevant they are to our overall well-being – mind, body and spirit.

And for the kiddos, there’s Bug Away, Tummy Time, Ouchie for the slip and falls and Immunity to keep them feeling in tip, top shape! So if you have kids, introducing them to wellness practices into their lives early on, is such a great way to help them pave the way to natural healing and holistic techniques that boost the quality of their lives as they move forward. Something I wish I had known to do when Melissa was a kid. Now, all I can do is pass on the knowledge and share it with those who have the opportunity to do it now.
