How to Create Healthy Habits for Optimal Wellness

Happy New Year lovely! I think it’s safe to say that we are all excited to see what this year brings while hoping it’s nothing like the curve balls that came at us in 2020. So much is happening in the world that I feel the need to share how important it is, now more than ever, for us to create healthier habits in our lives for many reasons… 

  1. To build immunity to help us with prevention.
  2. To act in and spread love, kindness and compassion, not just for one but for ALL living beings – this includes all animals. Lack of compassion for animal life is the reason we are in this pandemic to begin with. The transmission of such a virus comes from animals. >>Read more about it here.
  3. To become mindful and more conscious of our behaviors and actions so that we can align with the greatness that lies within us.


  4. To live healthier lives and set an example for those we love and care about. 

There is so much we can do to start implementing healthier habits and what better time than the present to get started. It doesn’t take much. All it takes is the desire to become better than you were the day before – taking it one day at a time, one step at a time.
