A Simple Way to Make Exercise Fun Without Having to Go to the Gym

It’s no doubt that exercise ranks high on the requirement list for living a healthy lifestyle. But the gym isn’t the only source of exercise.

This week, start out keeping it simple and make strides toward incorporating a simple exercise method that works for you right now. It could be walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevator or take breaks to just walk the stairs for 5-10 minutes, maybe even bike to the park instead of driving, you decide.  Then, work your way up from there.

Exercise does not have to be boring.  Make it fun.  Change it up as often as you’d like and you’ll find yourself enjoying it every time.  Especially, as you begin to see and feel your health shape up.
