Pink pitaya bliss bowl
INGREDIENTS:
3 frozen bananas
1 frozen coconut pack
1 cup frozen pitaya
⅓ cup almond milk (or plant milk of choice)
Note: If you don’t have access to frozen coconut, no worries. You can omit this from the recipe and replace with another frozen banana or you can scoop out the flesh of a coconut and freeze it.
TOPPINGS:
Coconut shreds
Goji berries
Hazelnut crumbles
Fresh raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in your Vitamix or high speed blender of choice. Top off with coconut shreds, goji berries, hazelnut crumbles and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
Note: To make the hazelnut crumbles, simply add a handful of raw hazelnuts to your food processor or high speed blender and blend until you reach a small crumble consistency.
