3 Raw Vegan Plant Based Summer Ice Cream Recipes

Quick and easy plant based recipes the whole family will enjoy. These are a perfect healthy weight loss treat, great for boosting energy and best of all, you can eat as much as you want without the added guilt, yet still feel good after indulging!

Purple dream nice cream bowl

INGREDIENTS:

4 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen jackfruit (or mango)
½ cup coconut milk (or plant milk of your choice)
2 tbsp butterfly pea flower powder 

TOPPINGS

Coconut shreds
Fresh blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all ingredients in your Vitamix or high speed blender of choice. Top off with coconut shreds and blueberries or any other topping you may have. Then, dig in! 

Pink pitaya bliss bowl

INGREDIENTS:

3 frozen bananas
1 frozen coconut pack
1 cup frozen pitaya 
⅓ cup almond milk (or plant milk of choice)

Note: If you don’t have access to frozen coconut, no worries. You can omit this from the recipe and replace with another frozen banana or you can scoop out the flesh of a coconut and freeze it. 

TOPPINGS

Coconut shreds
Goji berries
Hazelnut crumbles
Fresh raspberries 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all ingredients in your Vitamix or high speed blender of choice. Top off with coconut shreds, goji berries, hazelnut crumbles and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!

Note: To make the hazelnut crumbles, simply add a handful of raw hazelnuts to your food processor or high speed blender and blend until you reach a small crumble consistency. 

Creamy mint chocolate chip bowl

INGREDIENTS:

3 frozen bananas
1 avocado
2 drops of peppermint oil

TOPPINGS

Cacao nibs
GoRaw Coco Crunch Sprouted Granola
Fresh raspberries 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all ingredients in your Vitamix or high speed blender of choice. Sprinkle on the toppings and enjoy the yumminess!
